Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, secret vault keys, and 2FA settings.

Authorized Testing Only: You warrant that you have explicit ownership, authorization, or legal permission to run automated tests, crawls, and browser actions against any web application or domain URL entered into Assertive.tech.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Service to:

• Perform denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, unauthorized vulnerability scanning, or automated scraping of third-party websites without authorization.
• Store or transmit illegal content, malware, or unauthorized sensitive personal data.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the platform's security, execution sandboxes, or multi-tenant isolation rules.

Plan Tiers: Access to the Service is provided under Free, Team, and Enterprise tiers as described on our Pricing page.

Execution Quotas: Test executions and browser minutes are subject to the monthly run caps specified in your plan. Usage exceeding plan limits will require additional test credits or plan upgrades.

Cancellation & Refunds: Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually depending on your billing selection. You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings. Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your Content: You retain all ownership, intellectual property, and copyright rights to your test scenarios, custom step definitions, test assets, and application data.

Our Platform: Vancore Group Limited retains all rights, title, and interest in Assertive.tech, including its software, UI/UX designs, AI model fine-tuning frameworks, self-healing algorithms, and trademarks.

"As Is" Service: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vancore Group Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profit, or business interruption) resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
